Moving Forward: FGD & Brand Alignment
As part of our goal for consistent growth, Xilium's Branding Team conducted Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) across our organization's four sites - Iloilo, Roxas, Bacolod, and Cebu. The FGD and Branding Alignment was meant to get the feedback of employees regarding the company's engagement efforts and what suggestions they can offer to further strengthen Xilium's culture within the company.
As the Account Supervisor, you lead a team of 10-15 Virtual Medical Assistants (VMAs) and ensure they receive management support in their day-to-day tasks. You monitor your team's performance and assess their operational needs on a regular basis, recommending training if required.
