As a way for us to promote mental health and overall well-being, we held a virtual wellness talk on the power of self-love with our Mental Health Counselor, Catherine Marie Alba. Each participant learned about the effects of self-love to our mental health, self-loving habits, forms of self-love, and even practiced a few grounding exercises to promote mindfulness.
